SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 23TH, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM EDT

We’ll be upgrading our backend storage and main databases on Saturday, October 23th beginning at approximately 7:00AM and ending at 9:00AM EDT.

Although the maintenance is scheduled from 7 - 9, we do not expect sites to be down for the duration of the entire maintenance window, but have blocked off this time for testing and verification that there are no issues.

As always, if you notice any issues after the maintenance window has passed, please open a support ticket.

Maintenance was completed at approximately 9:15am.

Unfortunately, we had a storage node fail on us during the upgrade, so this took far longer than it should have. We’re working with our storage vendor to correct this problem, but otherwise, we should be up and running as usual.
